4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on Kimbo, including videos, transcripts, and generated pages. By publishing content on Kimbo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of the service, including making it accessible to search engines and AI crawlers.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

Kimbo uses artificial intelligence to generate page content from your videos. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. Kimbo is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Kimbo platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the property of Kimbo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your published content will be removed from public access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kimbo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kimbo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
